"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that." – Rocky Balboa
One of the most powerful and uplifting speeches in history. How many people believe that what they are receiving is what they deserve? How many people give up and just take what the world hands them?
You don't have to. You can change everything if you just start listening to yourself and chasing your dreams! Stop being afraid that the world is better than you. You have a thought, an idea, a vision for your life and you need to let it out into the world!
Be comfortable while being uncomfortable.
Win Yourself, Win the World
We all experience challenges and face some of the worst storms in life. We become afraid to take a step in any direction for fear that it could be a devastating event.
A fear-induced paralysis.
You're left watching as everyone excels past you while struggling with the idea of the world leaving you behind. Yet, you do nothing to change it. Because of this paralyzing fear, you forget to take risks and constantly suppress your hunger to succeed. You repeat the same daily routines with a lackluster enthusiasm, poor behavior, and a bitter taste in your mouth.
Because of your true-self. Deep down you know that you are more than this, you know that you deserve just as much as the next person but you must be ready to work for it. Start taking action in your own life!
Everyone thinks of success as a standstill routine; work, get paid, go home––succeed. Yes we all have to work, we have to make money but if you're constantly thinking about making that 40-50 hour a week paycheck. Then you could never win yourself.
In order to win in the world, you have to win mentally, physically, and emotionally. You must be one with yourself and know that you're planning, you're thinking, you're learning, and you're growing.
It‘s not going to be easy but as the saying goes, ”Nothing worth having is easy.” You must be honest with yourself and face the person in the mirror. You are, where you are, because of you. Once you can accept responsibility, the realization sets in, and you’ll know the only thing that holds you back is yourself.
There are no limits in the sky, just your mountaintop. You can climb as high as you want to climb and you can conquer YOUR world!
“There’s nothing I can’t conquer! Give me another challenge, another, another, and another! This is who I am. I am great, I am powerful, and I am the narrator of my story!"
